The reason why it returns results that are not matched is cause nothing with Simpson's is in the title or urls in the database. A search for "Twilight" returns 4 TOP results for the movie, the other results are just fillers. Guys that are listed, you're not getting any traffic?
That's not true at all. My Simpsons DOES have the name right in the url, but it still doesnt come up in results, yet some of my other movie titles do instead. And with twilight, my site shows, and your own site and another one that comes up as number one, although strictly going by titles YOUR site should be number one, as you have just the word Twilight in the title. The search engine needs work is all I'm saying, but it HAS brought traffic to my site. It's still too early to tell if that traffic would bring enough profit to justify the monthly expense, but I will say that I'm impressed with the amount of traffic it has generated so far in the last few hours I've been listed in the system.
I see, I've tweaked a bit, I'm also re-spidering now that some changes have been made. I'll keep tweaking as the site moves along, but stats do show alot of visitors and searches to date. The monthly price would also be adjusted, may be make it just a one time fee or something. Thanks for the input.
I do get some traffic, but I'll take my time to see whether it's converting. Luckily, with cpalead you can get a list of IPs who completed survey. So, I'll compare this list with the list of IPs I've got from the site. Then I'll see the results PS: for me traffic is not that important but real conversion rate
hmm.. sounds interesting.. if this really works and brings in tons of traffic we can actually ditch SR and add CPALead... woohooo... i'll definitely pay for a service that gives me tons of traffic and allows CPALead.. looking forward to you crawling my site.
Hey dalster I'll do a review if you like? I am a frequent DP visitor with postivie iTrader? My site is www.lagmovies.com Will report back in this thread with results if you like? Let me know, Nick
I am planning on making a tv show site on this show that I totally hate but can't help but watch it. So I want to make some money from it, since it pisses me off every time I watch it. I know the earnings can be big from tv sites but which is better a site focused on one show or one focused on a lot of shows?
I replied but DP went a bit weird. Did you get the PM? If you didn't yes sure include my site in the search engine
Has anyone has sucess with Adsence in a movie site? I have tried but have had only a few very low paying clicks. Can anyone give suggestions for ad placement of cpc ads on a movie site?
I had a movie site for a couple of years and hardly got any revenue from it other than Amazon affiliate sales. Adsense revenue was terrible.
Im thinking about adding zango to my site. Unfourtantly 1$ a day from adsense isnt good enuff for me ( 1,500 uniques)... Im gunna loose a lot of traffic and piss a lot of ppl off lol but i guess thats the price i pay
I think the more the better, people would rather stay at one site which has many shows/movies rather than one show only
I will be making 3 new TV Sites on different series and trying out Dalsters search engine as well as some other marketing tips. Keep eye out on my signature for more info in upcoming days!
Well for better seo I think it would be better to have a site focus on one tv show. I can always make another website for another show and link them together.
Trial ends today at Midnight Est. So if you would like to give it a try just PM your website to me. Thanks Edited: I mean the free offer to be listed. Sites already listed get the free trial till Sunday.
