    And you should know about that after starting the V7 bashing thread :p

    I dont have ANY issues with the staff on this board and heck I just looked at the staff list and was surprised to see who the mods actually were.

    I do feel sorry for the staff because of how busy it actually is on here so I must ask, do you guys get paid? If so where do I submit my resume? :rolleyes:

    Like I said, it's my perception. But it's not something I care to debate or bitch about beyond supporting that some of the origanl posters concerns are a reality.

    $2 for each red rep we shell out.
    $0.10 for each new member signing up and posting a non-spam post within 30 days.
    $2.50 for each green rep we receive from a non-mod.
    And more. Quite a complicated pay structure actually, AdSense rev is also part of it based on the ratio of the mods' helpful post as determinded by a patent pending algo Shawn wrote.

    Paid weekly in cold hard cash.

    Unfortunately, no bonusses for bullshittin'.

    I may not be the member around to give my point of view but you are wrong in saying mods are not doing their job well or you don't like the rep system.

    Ok if you don't like the rep system why the hell do you check what new rep you've got? just forget about it and post wisely and be friendly new green blobs will pop up automatically!

    IMO mods here are doing their job just fine, and I really like te way they behave with members. I am member on some other forums (non webmaster) and I can tell you mods can act as if they are god! huh! Here it's not like this and they really don't need to justify everything they do to members. Go and start a thread like this one on a forum with millions of members you'll probably be ignored.

    Anyways humans are like this... they're never happy, they always have something to complain about even if you give them the best.

    Good bye rectangleman and good luck in your quest in finding a better webmaster forum than dp.

    Personally, im always amused by these kinds of threads. Rep threads; "I am leaving (pout) delete my account" threads; etc. They are usually long, and it always makes me ask the question...
