Essentially ISOhunt is a website that crawls or listens to a bunch of torrent sites (piratebay, mininova, etc) and indexes them, allows people to search for them It needs to be able to scan torrents and see if they have the same hash (i.e. someone uploads the same torrent on multiple sites, this script should notice they are the same and list them as the same). Also needs member login/commenting/rating/flagging (to indicate fakes). Anything else visible on isohunt.com is needed as well. I will provide a design in PSD form, you should be able to skin it to the script. Lastly, I need exclusive rights. You make this for me I own all rights, you may not sell the code to anyone else.
There definitely has to be a script ready to handle that as I've seen the functionality that you describe implemented on a few websites in a similar manner. I guess you just have to do a deeper research, that might save you some money.
"With or without a bot" is probably an insignificant detail as we speak of legality since I wouldn't be too sure that the concept of a "torrent website" is legal either, and Sparta is probably aware of that.
Exactly the whole project is big risk, It’s not legal, I was talking about the whole project yes, not the bot. And no he might not know, and some people not know very well, but torrents maybe used for legal reasons as movies trailers and some TVs Shows as legal thing. And OpenOffice.org is using torrent and some other sites. As the term legal, some pirates using the torrent for sharing illegal software and killing the software industry, and this really were making the software industry losing much.
