Your license was suspended due to the bad words towards me. I just asked you to give feedback for improving whmphp. You used many bad words don't know why. So this is your duplicate DP account ? I will not tolerate any abuse against me and whmphp without any reason because I am giving a best software and good support I unsuspended your license and gave you another chance. qualityhostings @ He may have used "Bad words" or you may have, no one will ever know for sure. But! You can't actually legally suspend a paid service for a personal reason unless you were to refund the payment, or you could refuse to renew the service. Just suspending without warning to him is wrong and very unprofessional on your behalf.
Everyone has their own way of thinking. So you. Personally I don't like to give my software to those guys who abuse me. And as the software owner, I reserve the right to suspend or cancel license. Ask him , I gave him another chance by unsuspending his license. And if he still continue like this, I will permanently cancel his license. The decision is upto me. I didn't cancel any license till yet. I know, I make a good product and if someone abuse me for no reason, there is no need for me to keep him as a client. Another example is today's chat. He first said "Hey" then I said "Hello" He then said "shut up" The chat was closed by me What is the meaning of this chat ? He actually just want his license to be canceled. Thank you Vivek
He may have verbally abused you but when someone calls up AT&T Or another major company and harasses there customer service you don't see them go and cancel the persons cellphone or internet do you?
I am sorry, I am not in such big position. I just own a small software and I reserve the right to cancel or suspend the license. If he is not interested to continue with me, I have no problem. Regards
Companies like FDCservers.net cancel their servers with their clients due to the verbal abuse on WHT forums.
From what I can see on your site I don't see any ToS saying you will cancel due to verbal abuse, you said "Everyone has their own way of thinking. So you." I am not saying views I am saying what your legally allowed to do. Sure I would like to suspend people that verbally abuse my staff but without having it in ToS you can't and its unprofessional to do so.
Our site is pretty new and we are continuously updating it. It will be updated shortly with a terms & conditions. However, we have a hosting website and there is already a tos I don't need anymore comments on this from you ( really don't have time for replying like this ) , if lumzor want to clarify anything, he can contact me regards

You asked money for giving me a feedback so that I can improve my software. When I disagreed this, you started abusing me verbally Please do not renew your whmphp license when it expire. Regards
