Where is google Page Rang going?

    How important is google pagerank tooday? and in the future?

    PageRank is perfect identificator of 2 things:

    - the age of site (new sites wont get PR5 or PR6) without 2 updates on average (kinda, 6 months or more now)
    - the amount of quality links to it; usually to get PR5 or above requires lot of links and usually it means long term biz;

    Pagerank is absolutley useless. I think its just there to fool the average idiot who buys sites on site point. TrustRank is the new/ better factor that Google uses

    Trustrank has not yet been released in Public as far as I know

    By the way, Google Pagerank is going up in value, with more and more people paying for links and more people knowing about the importance of PR, the business is going up.

    Trust Rank will never be released on public to avoid abuse. Look what happen to page rank, high pr website owners sell links that makes un-natural in google's eyes

    PageRank is still an important factor. All the google algoritm is based on PageRank... and now after this update, Pagerank will be more important... why?! because all those non-sense websites with inflated PageRank got dropped down...
