Generally, for a 100,000 campaign, you get 2-3k hits a day. So with relativity, a 10mil campaign will give you 300-400k a day. Payment via paypal or for big ones we could do wire transfer.
why don't you sign up with Adsense or any other feeds traffic.. even if this traffic clicks at 0.001 % CTR which is very poor CTR rate.. still will make you a rich man
