techroar dot com got many backlinks but it doesnt show up in google properly. it was a blog which used to sell links. if it is blacklisted by google what is the best way to overcome it thanks in advance for ideas
i just found the following lines on google , about getting reindexed ""send an email to with "reinclusion request" as the subject"" and clean out spam techiques , and tools . do not bookmark for a while , do not build backlinks . hope it helps.
but , i personally think its better to start a new website , than to re-establish your old blog/website .
Sometimes that happens for whatever reasons, I read case studies of fellow webmasters who all of sudden stopped showing up in google. however They remained patient and were rewarded with the reindexing of their site a few days later. Not sure why Big G would do such things. Seems like they do whatever they want.
I think, from my experience it is not true. even if the pages are having PR1, then it is good enough to come to SERP, if the SEO is done properly.
I agree with you. All PR sites and directories will help you for getting good SERP in Google. Our SERP for a particular keyword is not depends on the site PR. its depends upon the place, anchor text, relevant page and content only
this got enough links to make it pr4 sort of but the previous owner has sold many unrelated blog posts on this blog (when having a look from achive.org).. so it might be the reason to blacklist tried sending a reinclusion request through google webmaster tools. domain name is a great brandable, so dont want to waste it. any ideas on how to make get this domain to reappear on google
I would suggest submitting a Request for Reconsideration and be very clear that you are the new owner of the domain. Not the 2nd paragraph on that page: Explain that you understand the previous owner might have been penalized for selling links but as the new owner you are not doing so. BEFORE you request reinclusion, as other posters have said, be SURE you have cleaned up everything even the slightest bit shadey... no link exchanges, no paid backlinks, no hidden text, etc.
