Appraisals needed for NaturalGain.com. I have listed the domain and website business for sale on ebay. You can find the auction by going to the advanced search section and pasting the item number: 270369339910. I provide a detailed outlook on the website and business. I am rather new to this so please advise if their is a better way to do something. Thank you all and I appreciate your help.
Please specify what you would like from me? You may place this information in your blog. Let me know. Thanks for the reply.
From what I can see its a 1 page mini site that gets little to zero traffic. Additionally the domain name is only worth the reg fee. If you are making $300 a month you must be paying for adwords or similar to drive qualified traffic. Hope that helps.
It is more than a one page mini site. Most one page mini sites sell ebooks or intangible items that can be sent online. They can range from get rich quick schemes to gardening with peroxide. It is generally one sales page and then you click order now to be taken to process the order. This is a Real Business offering a Real product that is shipped to customers seeking a solution to a problem. This business is there to meet the needs of millions of men. How do you figure the domain is worth $7? Estibot and many other experts claim the domain alone is worth thousands and is considered highly valuable real estate and the fact it has a business with an actual product connected and is currently raking in $300 Profit month after month with only some traffic is amazing. I do zero advertising or marketing whatsoever. Traffic is mostly type in hence the small numbers, but the ones that do go to the site are highly qualified and i never paid a red cent for them which means it's 100% Profit. There is a lot of repeat business which means people are happy with the product and are always glad to reorder. Thank you for your input, but i really don't think it is valid. You must be incompetent when it comes to domains and websites if you think this is domain/website is worth diddly squat. It isn't always the quantity of visitors, but rather the quality of visitors. The website is indeed not going to win a beauty contest, but if you knew anything about websites you should know that it is all customized to convert prospects into customers and gets straight to the point and does the job.You don't need all the bells and whistles to make a killing online. If you question the profitability of this website or the value of this domain then i suggest you do some research. You can start by reading the auction, and we can go from there. No pun intended, but I am here to get good advice and not get thrown some garbage telling me a business making $300 every month and a domain appraised for $2,900 is worthless. GET REAL!!! Most all members here will know an approximate value of this domain/website business and I appreciate all the help and advice, but please don't try to BS me into thinking the things worthless. If you think I am foolish...you my friend are a fool. Apologies Accepted just cut the BS. It's funny you have the nerve to mention my website as being nearly worthless as at the time you said that it was selling for nearly $100 on ebay. This fact alone goes to show you are a ignorant SOB that has an agenda or you are a scumbag that is uneducated. Good Luck with that by the way. Thanks
The auction has one more day. Please provide your thoughts on what you think the auction's final bid will be? Thank you kindly
Why not just wait and find out for yourself what the final bid will be? An appraisal at this point seems trivial, since it won't make a difference to your sale.
A good appraisal will make a significant difference. I have many options to choose and decisions to make. I have received multiple offers and I am unsure of whether to accept or decline these offers or to let it ride. My reason for posting was to hear thoughts in regards to the value of the domain and business. This in turn would give me a rather good idea of what i can expect or should expect. Therefore, i can decline insignificant offers and accept offers of fair market value. I hope this helps you understand my reason for posting. Thanks for the comment.
