Does anyone know how to change all the links are my WordPress blog from 'nofollow' to 'follow'

Where is this option on the dashboard?

There is no option as far as I know. It has to be done manually via Search and Replace whilst editing in Notepad.exe or something similar.

All links, beside those in comments are follow. If you would like to change them to do-follow check this plugin.

I take it you mean for comment links? There is no wordpress setting. Install the dofollow wp plugin.

Yeah I was able to use a nofollow free plugin that I got with my Semiologic wordpress package. Works like a charm! The Semiologic Wordpress package came with heaps of plugins to use. I'm not sure if it is available online for free but maybe you can search "semiologic nofollow free plugin"

Hope that can help you out ;)
