It looks nice, neat and professional. You did a great job. I just think the color you chose for top menu and other menus is a bit "dove", which is fine. I just like the sparkling colors
I don't love that your Google ads are above all the content on your tabbed pages. I think that will discourage readers from scrolling down. Sidebar and below are sufficient. For what you make on Adwords, I think the focus should be on generating loyal readers, not on pushing click thrus.
What search engine bots first see on ur page, is one of the factors that decides the thing which ur site will be associated with...and of course you want that thing to be ur content containing ur important keywords! In ur site design crawlers will crawl the "Google ads" before ur content as it starts from top left to bottom...so either remove left hand ads or simply insert one empty column above it that will navigate the crawlers to go through the body text before google ads Your SERP snippet seems strange in both Google and yahoo..not displaying meta description and title given by you!...check whether robot.txt file is correctly used(if u hav JUST updated ur title and description then dnt worry...just wait) Increase the keyword density for "tata nano" or "nano"...both are having density less than 3% while it should be 5-6% for primary keywords! Yes, as said above, Ads are little annoying! and better if you could change the text font also to look more distinct and clean. more ads and congested content will never attract true readers that is the key for long term fortune through ur site best luck
