Well, you can trust PayPal for sure. Just have your account secured, have a strong password which no one can find out. And you are good to go.

That site probably hates PayPal because he/she might have lost his account, or his country is not allowed in PayPal. :D

You can trust. Even when you give you bank account to them you can still control how much you transfer from your bank to your PayPal account. They will not be able to take more than you have transferred.

The site you've given gather information about troubles with PayPal. PayPal is a company and a pretty large company. It is just normal that not everything is optimal there. It is due to the amount of customers they have, as every big company in the world they cannot satisfy each client. You have also to see the another side. There are a lot of cheaters out there trying to crook. If they do not have to give their bank accounts to PayPal they would surely try to abuse other.

Just do not play with PayPal, pay attention to their rules and (if something goes wrong) communicate with them.

Yup, Paypal is safe but don't keep much money in it !!:)

Add funds only when you need it.

Paypal is a subsidiary of Ebay and it does carry a lot of faith and trust.

You should not be afraid of disclosing your personal information to them. They are least expected to misuse them!

Their regulations criteria are at times tough to fathom, posing a risk to your account remaining operative. You can limit this risk by keeping bare minimum balance in your paypal account...

I used PAYPAL since last two years which is safe and secure for online transaction.
You can open two accounts in PAYPAL.
So, open paypal account and develop your business world wide.

I have used Paypal for 6 years. It's a great thing for anybody to buy & sell goods online. Many of my clients buy my products through Paypal. I've never had a problem and I trust them completely.

My advice is never trust Paypal. Don't put big amount of your money there. Always withdraw your money, unless you need it to buy something. If you're a seller, better use another payment processor, many scammer open dispute after they pay through paypal.

PayPal is so far the most reliable company online when it comes to protect your information. The only thing that is disappointing is the customer service and the dispute process.

PayPal is quite safe. However, you should take general precautions like setting a secure password and not disclose your account details to others.

PayPal is a very trusted site. They don't have a link to rules or anything, but if you go on their site, you can click on the subject you have a question about and they will explain what you need to know. It's pretty easy to use.
