Best CPM program that pays for international traffic?

what's the best cpm program that pays well for international traffic? and that "well" means at least 5c cpm. and "international traffic" means south america, africa, east europe, asia. i've tried so many cpm programs that pays 1c cpm or less for international traffic which is stupid

yes i know value and cpx both pay for international traffic but is there any other programs like them?

 

What about Snoork Ads, they pay for all traffic and their rates are pretty good. Not as good as they were before, but so far I'm not seeing anything lower than 10 cents per cpm.

 

BUt they only accept English site. Are there any CPM network that accept non English site?

 

The truth is that if the ad network is in English language it's most likely to accept English language sites only. So what I would recommend to you is looking for an ad network that is in the language you are looking for. Try Googling for some cpm ad network in the language you want.

Im running cubics ads (cubics.com) the total eCPM is only about $0.1. It's not good eCPM, and Im looking for some new networks. The problem is my site is "free download movies", most of networks don't accept my site. Any suggestion for a good CPM networks which will accept my site?
