Again, I´m on dp for quite a long time, longer than both of you, I guess. It´s not my metier to sell websites or services or something, but yours.

I want to use paypal, as it is fast and I can transfer the money directly from it, as I already said, I need a fast sale.

you need a programmer to upload a text file? And PayPal disputes can g0 horribly wrong. Please send me an email from the admin email id. I will make a bid and confirm your ownership of the site. I have enough rep and itrader, no one will ask you any further questions.

There is no obvious reason as why are you not accepting some sort of safe-transaction for the payment, e.g. escrow can be fast too and sure you can transfer the money directly to your account once the deal is done.
It is not about whether we trust you or not; it is about protecting both sides (buyer & seller) in case of any misunderstanding.
Been a long time DP-visitor is not strong enough to send a large amount of money directly to your account especially (as mentioned) you have 0 itrader .

 

Seriously, if you're owner of the site and u purchased the host. It doesn't make sense when u can't access your CPanel and SIMPLY upload a .TXT file using File Manager. You 'have' such a great site buy u dunno know simple CP function :/

Why should I upload another verify txt file? Doesn´t make any sense. If you don´t feel save, don´t buy it. Simple as that. I won´t accept any bids as I mentioned before. 3000$ is the price. Point.

This discussion about sending the payment and verification can just go on and on. Just post some real proof of revenue (which you obviously should have since the site has ads and traffic) and do a proper site verification. Also give some decent info about the legal issues you've been having.

 

You are right. Didn´t know that it was so hard to sell a site, especially a high class site like Anime-Loads is.

I already said, that the affiliate ads you see on the site were put on a few days ago, so they aren´t even worth mentioning, 2-3 bucks, nothing more. I was selling layer ads, which can bring in whatever you set the price to. I sold it to a friend this month (animemanga.de) for 200$. I can´t proof this as it is no affiliate program.

Now, we´re repeating and repeating, you wanted a verification and I PROOFED that Anime-Loads is my site, why do you want another verification? Id just don´t get it.Serious buyers please contact me via pm, I will sell the site TODAY.

Also, paypal can block a large payment if you do not have a merchant account.
Using escrow or other kind of service will protect everybody and will let you receive the money in your paypal account once the buyer certifies he has received evarything satisfactory. Can be fast and safe for both parts.
Go to the site and check how they work.

Bam, we are not enemies and we are trying to attack you, just giving an advice that could be better for you since you will sell faster and more secure (you don't have the risk of a paypal dispute, per example!!). Think a minute about this risk and you will notice that the safest way is using a well known site to do the transaction.

Otherwise, someone can pay you, then start a dispute and get the money back maybe.
