Need Instant Mod Support - Some F**King Asshole Is Using MY Report To Promote HERE!

    Hey guys,

    I was browsing through the freebies section of bst and saw something weird.

    I am really pissed. If I have this guy's information I'll sue him.

    First of all a few months ago I was planning on releasing a new product.

    I created a bunch of reports and videos but I had larger projects going on so I left it like that.

    My designer at that time did a pretty nice cover for it.

    On my twitter page twitter.com/marko_d I decided I'd giveaway a report to attract more followers. It worked :)

    Anyway this guy stole it and claimed it to be his and at the same time renamed it, used my graphics as his own and even got reviews For MY work.

    If he was here I'd smash his face!

    I decided not to sue the guy and let the mods do their job.

    Looking forward to see that guy banned and I'll release the videos for free if I see you do that.

    Dude put yourself in my position.

    If someone stole your work, claimed like they've done it, taken advantage of your work would you be posting on forums or trying to hunt him down and sue his ass?

    Solid proof? lol! Not trying to be arrogant but, let me prove that I am actually owning stuff I did.

    that was a part of a product that i created a few months ago, not fully.

    I shared it on my twitter page at twitter.com/marko_d

    I uploaded it on my domain at mauble.com/tcm.pdf

    I own the domain instantblackhat.com which should of been the main domain for this project.

    I have the .doc file on my computer.

    What more?

    Edit: He states on the thread:

    First of all this was never released Anywhere else than my twitter page.

    Even if it was for sale why the hell would he just give it away?

    It's the same as buying mass control and then saying that you are frank kern and that you are giving it away in exchange of signing up to his "dating site"

    If this is a warez forum then...

    I'm waiting to see if the mods will take any action before I do.

    Get your lawyer to send Shawn Hogan some paperwork requesting the user's details.

    We don't get involved in disputes... we leave that to lawyers.

    I would agree with what Sarah had said except for this. With regards to criminal intentions and acts, we would run foul of the law should we know and take no action. I will henceforth warn you against any violence.

    Weird it contradicts with the first statement, saying that you do not have his information and hence cannot sue him.

    BTW we do not offer instant support as in instant noodles. Moderators have their priorities and act according to their priorities and to the best interest of the forum. We do not have any obligations to support you instantaneous and real time. I doubt your lawyers will to.
