Did you know that the average annual salary for people in India is only about $US941 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/India), Vietnam $US828. Many parts of the world are still in poverty. Many people think this is worker exploited! But if we don't exploit, they would be in worse situation. I have been to Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. We have a number of workers from Vietnam, they really like working for foreigner. Simply because we have treat them much better than the Vietnamese boss. Furthermore, I think this job can be done within 2~4 weeks with about 1~2 hours/day. It's all depend on their posting skill and knowledge. Another aspect is we are paying so much money for this project already. We invested about 100K in this project already. We are risking so much and they have nothing to risk!
