okay so i've good an ebook i want to sell the only problem is i don't really know how to make a website.

I only need a Pitch Page and thank you page.

What would be the best host to go with?

Also how would i protect my thank you page as there will be a direct download link on this page. I don't want a customer to be able to copy the url of the thank you page and post it over the internet so other people can just click the link and be taken to the thank you page and download my ebook for free by skipping all of the payment stuff.

I'm not sure how to do this :S The thank you page must be secure so that only people who have actually paid for the product can get there to download my ebook.

Thanks for all the help :)

Hi, well, you can hire someone to design and code the site for you, I guess right now you don't have a great budget, so I'm not offering my services LOL :p But you can find many people that can create a decent site for your product. Also if you want to protect your download page you could use something like DLGuard or so.

    Regards

ClickBank has a tool called 'Secret Key' which helps protect your thankyou page.

Below is a link for more info:

I use GoDaddy.com, They've got a good service and if you sign up for hosting you get a .com domain with it for like two dollars. It's worth the price, all you'll be needing is economy hosting. Cost will be dependent on what sort of site your looking for, if you want hit me up in PM I might be able to do something for ya.

give your thank you page an unthinkable name like ddhffhgrrffggtff and also change it often. that is the best way that has worked well for me. you can host with start logic, they are good and cheap Click here to check them out

What's the topic of your ebook?

Building a couple of web-pages isn't that hard...

As far as domain name and hosting you can try http://.namecheap.com and freehostia.com. You can host a free site there for one year. No banners or pop-ups. The only limit is bandwidth and some CGI (not stuff that you'll be using up).

Email me, I'll see what I can do, depending on the topic.

Also, I'd suggest you look into getting an auto-responder. You'll need to build a list eventually if you expect to make any real money online.
