    Google has tendency to not index parked domains. This domain was parked for quite some time. I don't see any reason why it won't get SEO love :) especially due to its age once you put some content.

    Well, This is a totally separate debate. Nobody knows when and how Google change its ways about parked domains. As an SE you don't have any reason to index parked domains as they lack content but I can surely see people getting around this(by adding some content especially like Whypark and others).

    Anyways, Lets focus on the sale. I don't want this thread to be turned in to SE discussion.

    The bottomline is this is excellent domain in its niche if you plan to develop it or marked to end users. Also clean history http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.your-photos.com so you should not have any issues.
