    Hello,
    I´m selling the hugest anime streaming site in Germany: Anime-loads.org due to less time because of school and some legal issues in Germany, for which I don´t have time to deal with.

    Unique visitors per day: Around 70000
    Pageviews per day: around 330000
    Revenue: I am selling a few ad spots, but I didn´t plan to monetize it, I will leave it to the new buyer.
    Alexa Ranking: 19246

    The site is fully automated, I do have a huge team of uploaders who do all the work for free. The site was estimated by me in 2007, as the first German streaming site. We are now listed #1 for the keyword "anime" in Germany. Most of the traffic comes from Germany, Italy, England, Swiss and Austria.

    I want the buyer to take care of my "baby" and handle it as it deserves. I´m moving in a few days, so I won´t open a auctions and sell it to the first buyer contacting me via pm.

    Price: 3000$ - NO auction!

    Payable only via Paypal. The first buyer gets the site.

    Legal Issues
    It isn´t allowed to host any videos in Germany, that´s the legal part. But I don´t host the site in Germany, so this isn´t a problem at all ...

    you can see traffic stats on the link given aboth. Yes, it is all legit as the site is online since 2007. As long as you don´t host it in Germany. I just put ads on the website, nothing to speak of.

    the site is working. It is normal that some hosters delete some videos time to time.People telling us that a video doesn´t work, and we will try to fix it. WE aren´t hosting ANY videos, so it´s not our fault, you know...

    We wouldn´t be #1 in Germany if our videos wouldn´t work. It is just impossible to keep any of our dozens of videos alive forever ...

    It hasn´t been banner from adsense. I didn´t try adsense at all. I heard of adsense not liking streaming pages ... I´m not a professional though ...

    Again: There aren´t any legal issues in Germany. I meant that you aren´t allowed to host it in Germany. I am not hosting it in Germany, so there´s no problem with this. Sorry if I expressed me wrong

    i think u will need to validate your sites, the forum at onepiecetalk is registered by someone in the US , not germany, and the anime one is whois protected. since you dont have any itrader here yet, i suggest to release the whois details and also validate yr site access by uploading a simple .txt file under yr domain talking about this sale thread hereat SP

    btw, is hard to find some1 sending $3K by paypal with yr itrader, also suggest to accept escrow services

    Bam - can you just clear up the issue. You're saying that there are legal issues if you are hosting the files in Germany - but you're not hosting them in Germany, so it's fine?

    And also, what is the reason for the sale of the website?

    Sorry to sound a little skeptical of your words, just as others said, you have no iTrader, so would be cool to clear a few things up :)

    this is my first website I am selling-And just because I don´t have any iTraders doesn´t mean people cant trust me. As you can see, I am registred for quite a while and a "watcher". Seriously, I am not a webdesigner and don´t know much about the coding etc. Yes that´s right, you aren´t allowed to host them in Germany. But i you are hosting them somewhere else, like I do, anything is fine. I am selling the website, because I don´t have time for it anymore. And I could need some extra cash in the future (I am moving, too). So I want to sell it ...
