PayPal itself is a scammer, so don't expect anything.

No my dear friend, you are mistaken here. They are legit company and almost everyone who got online business use Paypal. Anyways Paypal have very good customer service and I am happy with them.
As soon as I submitted documents to lift my account limitations, Paypal reviewed and fully restored my account, furthermore they reversed the transaction, means I have my funds back to my account within 5 hours of submitting documents.

Paypal simply rocks  If you are not using then you should consider using Paypal. You'll love it.

Paypal have the best security for it's users that's why I got my money back.
Thank you everyone for your valuable answers.

Not really. Paypal will still pay because that is their security reason and to build a customer thrustworthy

Well, I had few contacts with them and I will tell you something. Watch out on keyloggers, watch out what are you downloading, don`t use same password on paypal and other things, they will hack your MSN or something and if you have same password that have also your paypal. Be more secure ;)

    Thanks!

@SeoHawk thank you mate. I never use same password for 2 different accounts, my each account has different password in case if something goes wrong I don't loose everthing. Any ways now I have bought new license for anti virus program and scanned my computer. Everything is fine now.

    bulletservice -

I'm glad everything is alright with you now. May I ask was the $40 taken from your paypal balance or from your bank account? I'm asking so I can learn and be aware of my own account.

    Thanks!

Funds were transferred from my paypal balance :) He removed recent transaction history and thought that I'll not notice his transaction, but he forgot that paypal send emails for transactions.

Thank you mate, yeah that was my mistake(I was not using proper security) but hopefully I got my money back ;)
    I've secured my computer now.
