2 day old forum..already 20,000 posts!

http://www.submited.net its a webmaster forum - i know theres not much to review as the design is just basic, but aint it cool all these posts so fast?

im trying to think what mods to add guys - itrader for a start, what else?

i fancy an AI bot but only for the general forum but cant find one that will post in certain categories only

 

What tricks are you using there? No one can build a real forum in that size in just 2 days!

Did you use old database to import?
And use bots to count Online users?

 

haha go into a specific forum and look at the content of posts! crazy, most don't even have to do with the topic.

I recommend getting a design made asap.
Cool database, I would clean up the posts that make no sense to make sure people (REAL POSTERS) will stick around when they do start coming to the site.

yeah, gotta sort out my leeching keywords

but itl be too hard to sort 40,000 posts, so when i reach some hundred thousand posts, i will make my keywords very specific, so the first few pages on each category look normal

+ im leaving it to run itself atm, will update the template when i get time

and.. leeching is allowed. forums are user generated content, so people can copy whatever they like

can you imagine... this is code 1055, 1055, weve had reports that somebody copied something somebody else said on a forum, all units, he is armed with a laptop he may use to throw at you, all units please be aware.
