Contact blogger, and let them know he's doing it. But prior to that, is there any contact info on his "blog"? If there is, send him an email, and let him know you're willing to take it further if necessary, and that he is breaching copyright laws (assuming your content is 100% yours)

Not sure if this is any help, however google does not like people copying.

If its copyright or plagarism (different things) the link below is more for copyright, but as you can see google is not a fan of people stealing.

    Hope that helps.

copying is not problem....But ask that blogger to put your blog link in all his posts which copied from you....

Try to contact the blogger via directly by email instead contacting google....

Unless you've signed it away, (for example, it's part of the terms of service of adding your content to another site) you automatically own the copyright to your own original content. Whether you say so on your site or not.

Blogger won't get directly involved in a case of copied content -
    http://help.blogger.com/bin/answer.py?answer=82114&blog_ID=&blog_URL=
they tell you to file a DMCA report -
    http://www.google.com/blogger_dmca.html

If there is something else you can report him for - such as spamming, that may actually get it dealt with quicker, as blogger may close his account for that.

    Hello,
One thing you can do! If this guy is coping all your posts this is what you are going to do. I had the same problem.

When you write your posts make sure you put in lots of links to your blog or to any affiliates you have for the first week or two write about your blog or some online project or talk about a new blog you are starting, this way he can't copy your posts and if he dose thank him for the link love.

    Steve

Contact blogger, give him 24-48 hours to repl. If he doesn't send a complaint to the host. Find out where he is hosted. The host should take care ;).

DMCA .. but that's a bit troublesome. I have some sites copying my articles too, just not on a daily basis, and since they are forever ranked lower than me .. i am just not too bothered with them .

Above given option is the best option available...imo
If you are thinking of somehow trying to stop him from doing it, I feel it would sheer waste of time.
Instead, optimize your posts to carry your links and referrals to benefit and reference.
