How to create dog-ear style ads?

    Well, I didn't quit understand what you want.
    Do you want ads that looks like dog-ears? What kind a ads, AdSense?
    You can make "dog-ear" drawings in Photoshop, set the image is a background picture on your website and place the AdSense ad "in front of the picture".

    The term you are looking for is "peel away" ads. I'm a newbie here so not allowed to post URLs but if you google peel away ads you will find both free php scripts and low cost paid scripts.

    what he said. goolging for "flash peel ads" "peel away ads" or something like that should turn up what you're looking for. i found a nice easy free script prety easily back when i went looking...
