Hello webmaster My website is having good amount of traffic but i really not getting any conversation from this traffic. May i know how to build a good traffic which convert in to business? I have IT Outsourcing web site. And I am ranking high for some of Keywords in Google and Yahoo as well. Then also not getting good visitors who converts in to customers. My conversation rate is 1.50% is it good ?
There are so many ways to increase your conversions I can't even begin to number them. I am curently building a website on the topic but i wontbe giving out the addres yet because it is not finished. However I can give you some simple advice. I have reviewed your website and i can tell you this: There is nothing there to catch my atention !!!!! Verry important !!! you'r visitors need to find what they are looking for in the first few seconds or else they will leave. Try to make some packages of things you offer and you think your visitors might bo looking for. Take the example of Web hosting websites. First thing poping into your eyes is the pakages they offer... I hope you understand what I am telling you.
Which keywords? If you're ranking high for "IT Outsourcing Research", when then people aren't in 'buying mode'. Try to rank for terms like "Best IT Outsourcing", "Cheap IT Outsourcing", etc. people doing these searches are ready to buy, not just look. You also may want to start an email list for visitors to sign up to, you then have a lit of people that are looking buy may buy in the future.

I have noticed that regarding IT industries conversion can be really low... Take it as a peculiarity.
what you are proposing is a bit more dificult. I just think a quick layout change would do this website mutch better.

Try out email marketing as well as social bookmarking if the concern is only to get TRAFFIC And if you want to pay then go for Adwords
IMHO, you're striking for a gold mine here. Web development is a highly competitive business. What makes yours different from others are your best selling point. Besides getting SE traffic, you can try building traffic by using article marketing, online and offline advertising, etc. Make some noise about your site on related forums, you have to increase people's awareness about your services.
