Itunes tax info for non U.S resident

    Anyone can advice since i am not U.S resident. I have registered through linksynergy itunes affiliate and they require me to submit tax form.

    Which form should i choose?
    a)Form W-9
    b)Form W-8BEN
    c)Form W-8IMY
    d)Form W-8ECI
    e)Form W-8EXP

    What should i put in
    1) Taxpayer Indentification Number:
    2) Taxpayer Number Type:

    I'm so confuse and hope anyone here can help.

    and it takes really long time to get approved for international user,I have try this one and this is the un-effective scenario to pay tax for foreigners,different from adsense ,adsense has better more tax management then other affiliate industry

    @ toncet - are you actually making any money from iTunes? One of my sites is sending a lot of traffic to the iTunes store, but the commissions are so small that it's barely worth my time.

    Is your traffic the correct country for the iTunes Affiliate Program you use? Ie. US traffic only generates commission for the LinkShare/US iTunes Program. Australia traffic only generates commissions for the DGM/AU iTunes Program. Just because you are sending a lot of traffic there doesn't mean anything unless you have the right traffic going to the right country.
