How to increase indexed pages?

    How we can increase indexed pages of my site. My site pages are getting out of indexed. Which factors are important for indexing?

    Try to use sitemap.xml and post it on google webmaster tool and book mark your site with big directories.

    interlink each article/page
    if you use wordpress:
    use tag cloud on the sidebar, use at least 3 tags per post
    use related post plugins and random post widget
    then get links to your inner page/post

    Submit your sitemap to Google. Go to Gsitecrawler.com download their tools - it is free - install and run it to generate an xml sitemap of your site. them go to google webmaster tools and submit the xml as you sitemap.

    You should do tha same thing with Yahoo- the same tool generates an yshoo sitemap file too.

    I find submitting my sites main pages to social bookmarking sites, especially digg, get my pages indexed very quickly.

    4 simple rules: -

    1. ensure all content is unique to each page (no internally or externally duplicated content)
    2. Have a reasonably flat site structure - say no more than 3 levels deep: homepage/brand pages/product pages
    3. Build links to pages that are not being indexed to help google find them
    4. submit an xml sitemap through webmaster tools

    You could increase the keyword density for the search term "search" but this is optional.

    Submit you site into Social bookmarking sites.

    Engage forum discussions and blog commenting.

    I have never submit xml site list but I am always adding content and have many sipders coming to my site all the time by having links on hi rate spidering sites. Example like DP :)

    It is okay to use tags. But make sure to prevent tag pages getting indexed by using a robots.txt or using sitemap.xml options. Last thing you need is bunch of duplicate pages while trying to get the number of indexed pages increased. That is just bad SEO.
