    Because 4% milk is called "whole milk" they're showing a whole cow (the bigger one). Then to represent 2% milk, they're showing a much smaller cow (as in it's supposed to be like 2% of the whole cow). It doesn't make a heck of a lot of sense really, but that's the gist of what it's supposed to be showing.
