I have 2 paypal account... 1 personal, 1 business account.

Is there any way I can transfer the funds between 2 account without charge from paypal?

I'm sure I've heard about something called "payment owed" before, but I can't find that option.

    Hope someone there can help.

If I do that, paypal will charge certain amount. Few month back I transfer from my business account to my personal account without any fee... but right now, I can't find the 'payment owed' option.

edit: haha... sorry... I just sent money to my personal account. I forgot that paypal doesn't charge any fees for receiving money for personal account.

Business to personal = > no transaction charge
personal to business = > normal transaction charges will apply.

for paypal if you transfer from
personal to personal - no transaction charge apply
business to personal - also no transaction charge apply
personal to business - then normal transaction charge apply to the business account as the receiver.
