    I wouldn't recommend a reseller then, get a dedicated or VPS for that kind of thing

    what's your budget anyway?

    you won't get anything reliable with that budget, that's just over $8/mo and unless you lower your requirements big time, you won't get anything reliable

    expect to pay around $1/gb of space otherwise you would be paying for things you will never get to use (mostly due to suspensions, etc.)

    I would recommend that you either decrease your space and bandwidth requirements by 10 folds or increase your budget 10 folds.

    Definitely raise your budget and get a VPS or it won't work out too well for you. :)
