This is something that has been making me angry for sometime now. Certain individuals think that earning money online is something that's just handed over to them. They then wonder, "why aren't I making money with AdSense?" Well, sorry dude. In order to make the cash, you have to first get traffic. And in order to get the traffic, you have to get links. And in order to get the links you must work extremely hard and look up link building techniques. It's all really very basic. People make making money online seem like it's some sort of impossible rocket science. A lot of people make things way more complicated then they have to be. Take for example, SEO. People think "Oh my goodness. Search Engine Optimization is so difficult." No it's not. Here's all you need to know right here: Title Tags Home Page - Use the name of your site in this tag. Deep Page - Use the name of the article or page in this tag. H1 Tags Home Page - Use the name of your site in this tag. (Same as title tag) Deep Page - Use the name of the article or page in this tag. (Same as title tag) H2 Tags Subheading for articles H3 Tags Subheading of the subheading. H4 Tags I usually don't use them. Tip Don't put dates, sidebar titles, or anything else like that into heading tags. It's a waste of what could be being optimized. Then of course you have things like using the alt tag for your images, internal linking, and using categories. (Wordpress is better for categories because they're categories can actually be indexed by Google. Blogger categories cannot) So now that you know everything about on-page SEO, let's tag it off-page. Build links and build high-quality links. I'm not going to tell you how. Figure it out! Seriously do some research. You'll find that there are a load of cheap ways to find high-quality links if you just look. The more high-quality links that you have, the higher you'll rank on Google for your key phrase. Useful perspective for adsense newbs tell it like it is. Not a full blow 99 tips for adsense but true what you say all the same. You need to build your site first according to whatever niche youve chose. SEO it as much as possible and make sure good use of the tags. And then promote it and work on getting backlinks. Use social networking, social bookmarks, blogging, Link Directories. Just work on it everyday all the time and keep good unique content on your site and have a good system. Well that is the plan anyway..
