Recently I have bought a domain name from 'name.com' for a charge of 8.99$. I paid it through my paypal account. When I check my paypal account there were two charges to name.com as payment and authorization. and charged 8.99 for each ie 8.99x2. Please tell me that was it an error or any scam ?
Please check carefully in your paypal transactions. One transaction would be for authorization and the second one will be the actual charge. Also verify the close balance after each transaction. Moreover, name.com is genuine and do not do any scam. If you got 2 changes for 1 domain for 1 year then consult name.com support along with both paypal transaction.
Yes you are correct. First one is for authorization and last one for payment. Do you mean that I'm not charged for the first one. ? I'll check again my balance. Thanks for the support.
