hi .. my website i good in google ranking but it is not good in yahoo ... can anyone suggest me ... what i do to rankwell in yahoo
Thats suprising, usually Googles page rankings are very similar to Yahoo's as they say they use the same way to figure rankings. What all have you done for optimizing with google to get a good ranking? I just need to know a little more before I can suggest anything.
No Google and Yahoo have many variations in their ranking algorithms. Google likes link quality more, while with Yahoo it often seems as if link quantity is enough. Yahoo also seems to pay more attention to on page factors. Yahoo does like internal links with good targeted keywords.

There is big difference in google and yahoo ranking algorithms. Im also interested to know what exactly yahoo needs to my ranking good in yahoo as well.
Yahoo still relies heavily on meta tags. If your primary KW is included in the metatag title and first KW then Yahoo will favour your site.
Not at all mate, Yahoo emphasize on content rather Google emphasize on links. Although the ways are not known to any one.
Google emphasize on content and backlinks. Yahoo on meta tags and keyword power. If your domain is a)WatchVideos.com b)Youtube.com then Yahoo will rank Watchvideos.com more than youtube in terms of keyord analogy.
Thanks to everyone who corrected me. I like the fact yahoo uses the tags and keywords, and that google rely's more on content and backlinks, but don't both rely on all of those to extent? I'm hoping so to say the least as they all have their importance of bringing people to the site and returning.
You should have related content on several pages under the same domain with inter-linking to get a good ranking in Yahoo apart from good keywords and meta description.
