What do Teenagers buy?

    Hello
I have a site on Teenagers (romance and dating advice) in sig. I run adsense on it. I am not sure if teenagers buy much online. Can you suggest me some product or category that does convert in respect to teenagers? WHat are teenagers most likely to buy? I want some products related to my site.

If anyone has some experience of selling products to teenagers can you recommend me some?

    Regards
    BUBAIPAL

They don't really buy stuff to do with dating :(. I'd know, I am one. They like games (preferrably video games), T.V, Music, Social Networking, Mobile Phones stuff like that.

15 :). But in terms of what i'd buy off Click Bank I differ very much from others my age in the sense that I use Click Bank and know what the products are about. If I were you I'd give the gaming products a good go. There s a fairly high gravity World of Warcraft product that I think commissions at around $30, also theres various guides for fixing XBOX 360's which do quite well.

dating, you have loads of lead base comission from commission junction in dating services. I think dating direct pays $3 per valid registration (lead) and 20% per sale.
    check it out on CJ.com

You should really focus on providing ads such as mobile phones, Iphones, gadgets, ringtones etc.

X-box live seems to be there number one interest these days. Otherwise cell phones, I-Pods, laptops. I would say whatever the latest, coolest gadgets in technology is definitely a good target.

Video games, music, movies, television. Anything pop culture related will probably fly.

hmm what about nascar , collage , sports... I have 30 websites geared towards 16 -23 and do really well outside of the gaming side of things. Only 1 site promotes gaming and sales suck compared to nascar sales on my others

You'll probably do well with music related things. Whether it's downloads, music players, or something else, it's a pretty safe bet. Gaming is popular as well, but may be harder to target.

    lol, sarcasm :p

And why not try the fitness and weight loss niche?. Most kids these days are either overweight or are looking to get in shape. When I was a teen and surfing the net, the one ebook I most wanted to buy was a muscle building/weight loss book, can't remember the name but the pictures and testimonials really made me wanna steal dad's credit card and buy myself a piece.

Oh, and acne products might go well too, so you could probably try equal numbers of acne and that six pack abs/muscle building ebook.

And do let us know how you manage to convert this niche, it's one gold mine no one can seem to get their heads around.

Acne products will do really well.. but then again most of them have scammy looking sales pages. Self improvement products would do great too.
