    Used this guy twice. First time he submitted the wrong URL and used the same anchor text even though I gave 5 variations. I kept telling him the URL was wrong but he said his workers didn't get the email he sent them.

    The next time he promised to do it right, then kept saying he would start then didn't, kept lieing about everything, wasting time, stalling etc.

    Guy is a complete tool, one of the worst I have ever delt with.
