Nice looking site. I would left justify the text in the posts though. I might also be a good idea to add some color to the text links.
It's not bad but I find it a little too spammy. The use of the word "FREE" and "jobs" are a little overused and there're a few too many ads. Great job though! Keep trying I know you can do it.
I had reviewed in IE. The left column is disorder . There must be something wrong with the style/css .

I have to go thru some tutorials like ......when I find some time .....can any one suggest me good tutorial site? and abt 'FREE' word usage......because most of the so called gurus are charging for even giving info...... because I don't want my visitors to think that way.....but anyways I am even feeling it as over usage like.......so will try to remove some of them...... thank u any more suggestions plz?

Very nice design but you have problem with alignments both in Firefox and IE. I think it's because of the sidebar width and content width that make the page looks like that.
Looks really good, however with a huge banner space like that, I suggest you deisgning a big logo design to fill up that space.
You should get a logo and some graphics for the header of the site, and you should left align the text at the top of the page.
There's not much info except for affiliate links at your site. Provide something like honest review, why you think the program is good and with a direct link. Hope that helps. Good luck.
