Looking for drupal expert

Hey.

I currently own codersdb.com and I need to get it developed.

I have an artist friend of mine who is willing to do the art, I just need an expert on drupal to come and setup the site for me. I have hosting, once we are up and running and earning i could probobly throw you a reward out of the advertising income. I need help configuring, and setting up the site within drupal not just installing the drupal package. I am not familiar enough with the drupal system to do it myself for a professional site. I do not want to waste my artists time by struggling to configure it myself. Please only apply if you know what you are doing and have some experiance.

I must advice you, earning money is not that simple as you are expecting. And probably most difficult with the idea of a website and earning through advertisements. You need a plan, strategy for earnings even througha a simple blog. That requires a lot of efforts.
I can spen some time with you developing the site on drupal, but I should assure my part of income before hand. Or you can hire me as a drupal consultant and I'll charge you on ticket basis or time basis.

Im well aware of the difficulties of running a website and the slow return of funds. That is why I am asking for someone competant on installing of a free content managment service in exchange for some funds out of the advertising revenue. I have an artist on staff willing to assist that drastically increases the profitability of the site and will make it a guarentee for the small return someone would get for configuring a CMS for me. Please do not assume that I have no idea what I am going to do with this site, I have a vision, I just do not want to waste my artists time and my user base struggling to configure and run a potentially unsafe and unstable site.

I must ask you what are the ways you are going to earn money through the site. Of course artists is perfect in his skills, but thats not the only thing that you require to make a site popular!
Since there are number of websites similiar to yours, its difficult to find new ideas and put it on site in this "traffic jam of internet" Users see a site just for 10 secs( about its features) and its content say around 5 secs or more( trying to figure out if that article is worth reading or the picture is worth putting on desktop or not)

I hope you understand what I mean to say. Its not just the idea of signing up with the google adsense, its about binding the users to the site and creating a fan base for your artist. And you need strategies,plans and something new. Please answer these questions and kindly don't preassume things that I am insulting you.
Just list down the feature that you would like to see at the site, and I'll be delighted to help you.

I am not a bad person as you are thinking. You need to improve the way of dealing with people and maintaining good business relations.

 

Honestly, I've tried to play nice.

Not only can you not spell properly, formulate a proper sentance, or entice me to use your horrible service, But now you have gone and insulted my competancy and skills simply because I chose not to use your service.
