AdSense FAQ.

I need some advices!

I run a website that has many games, but poker is probably the main game. Every thing is NOT FOR MONEY, just free chips, free everything else.

Is that possible to add use Adsense? According to the laws provided by google, if the website is not for gambling money, that is acceptable... but? who sure what Google can do!

Could you give me some advice please?

Good information, thansk for putting it together. I would clarify on the one account thing, because while you can only sign up for one personal account, you are alllowed to sign up for additional accounts under seperate business entities. I know this both because ShoeMoney does it quite succesfully and I recently contacted Google about an issue where I needed to have more granularity with the competitive ad filter to use on different sites. They suggested I set up a seperate account under a business and that would be no problem.

So while you can only sign up for one personal account, you can sign up for additional accounts that are represented business entities.

 

i recently started using google itself for promotion.

i used books.google.com for posting some ebooks, it now gives a huge pagerank as well as lots of new visitors to my site.

 

i have a question, if i deleted my adsense acount, but i have a check, I'm waiting for it clear, Can I received money from a deleted account?

I don't see any problem with that. If somebody send you a cheque he reserves some money in his bank account for you. The bank has no clue if you deleted your adsense account or not.

I'm looking into adsense for a site but I'm very skeptical. It is a forum and a main site.

The forum is: http://www.lasercuttinginc.us/forum/

and the main site is: http://www.lasercuttinginc.us/

The main site is generating some traffic but the forum has only a handful of users and I would like to get that going. I figure if the forum takes off then the main site will get more popular. Does anybody have any suggestions. Am I wrong to assume this?

well can you tell me that using free websites which bring traffic to ur site is against adsense or not?

It's a great post. But some answers need update. Example: Google allows 2 link ad not one.
