yes, You do not have any problem to submit your blog to dig as you will get high traffic and I don't think that it will be a spam.
Some of my friends have reported that their accounts are banned. It's too much of a risk to do this. Why not you work as a team with other "Diggers" to help each other to Digg each other's posts? Sure enough, Digg can bring in traffic but you must be clear of what you want on your site. Is Digg traffic bring you closer to your goal? As for me, I find them not much of a buyer though.
Other diggers will digg my posts. i can also ask for that. But its difficult to get your posts SUBMITTED to digg by others. Most of them (us) won't do that ..
