They scammed me out of $100 as well.

Apparently they got banned from Paypal. Instead of being up front they delayed and gave me the run around for days. Finally, they tell me they got banned and that I should contact Paypal about THEIR account issues. Wtf ?

With my funds in their account, I think the right thing to do would have been to refund me through another method (like the method I requested?) or back to my paypal through another paypal account.

Do NOT use them. They suck. Hard.

    Update on them:

I did a Paypal Claim and it was resolved today in my favor. But I got no refund because """we were unable to recover any funds from the seller's account."""

I contact smsway and they say to contact paypal again. They say they have funds in their account, so why isnt paypal taking it ? Ughhh..

Why do you trust these kind of money exchanges? That's an illegal activity. So anyone prevent these kind of services.

Its funny because first of all any actual company will not conduct business using a .info domain and also why would you do business with a company that uses an sms domain. sms has nothing to do with currency exchanges lol

You listen it's a illegal practice so even participating in this activity will hold you liable and you will have no cover if anything does go wrong ...

My two cents: Maybe they're legit, maybe not (or they're legit but the company is poorly managed)... You have to make sure you know with whom you're dealing when it comes to online. Research, research, research. Get some real sources. A pretty website with promising FAQs mean nothing. Conversely, you also can't trust every negative comment out there as the basis for what your experience will be like. But I would suggest to be conservative at first--after all your research and you identify a service to use, try several simple transactions before plunging into a higher-value transaction. And if it seems suspicious, walk away.

Why dont you guys deal via forums. I mean there are forums which allows to make such exchanges and they are safer just like in DP they get itraders there so you can decide to with whom to deal and with whom you should not. I dont think placing link to those forums will be good so if you want you can PM me to know the links to those forums.

    Thanks
