had she been on DP, she would have gotten some good pointers. Funny to see this, reminds me of some old people who have 100 grand worth the antiques somewhere and don't even know it.,

Yep . I would have just 301'd the domain name to my adsense affiliate link. Get paid a ton of money for doing absolutely nothing.

Actually, if she had put up google AdSense related stuff, Google would've probably muscled their way in by means of litigation based on copyright infringement, passing off etc. etc. It's often not a matter of first come, first server or not even justice even. Just a matter of best paid lawyers and lobbying.

Yep, exactly, TOPS. As soon as she slapped any Adsense product on her site, there goes her claim that her site has nothing to do with Adsense. Google could (and would) easily claim she's trying to deceive the surfer by having Adsense products on her site, and would take the domain away from her without breaking a sweat. Trust me. I know. ;)

She could have added an affiliate program directory there representing any 2 tier program out there ... except adsense. I'm sure it would have made her a pretty penny. (of course, it would have to be designed to absolutely have nothing to do with adsense or the concept thereof). Afterall ... she got the domain name 10 years ago.

As long as she stayed from Adsense in all its shapes and forms, as she has been, she's in the clear. But the second she does anything to even remotely profit from Adsense...

Yup, she should have done what you said Blogmaster. No idea why she didn't...
