Plugin to make posts no follow

Is there a plugin or something I can do on the dashboard to make automatically make posts a no follow link?

Nothing on the dashboard that I know of, but there are heaps of plugins that do that and much more.
You could also add rel="nofollow" to the post links using the template editor.

 

I believe either of the following 2 plugins are what you are looking for:

If you do that, make sure you add it to any "more" links as well posts might generate
