What's the difference between categories and pages, what's better to use if I want different sections in my blog? I know I can't redirect feedburns to pages, tried and couldn't do it. Thanks Ruben
Pages are Static and contain only the content you create on that page. Categories are containers for Posts and will contain as many posts as you assign to the category.
You can make a website, say for a business, using pages. The readers cant leave comments, so as internetmarketing says, pages are static. Each page you name, would in theory be like a catagory, or dif section, if you wanted, but remember the readers cant leave comments.
I have to say I learn at least two new things everyday in this forum. Thank you for the replies and clarification. So what you're saying is pages are for static information that will not move at all, categories foe posting and commenting in different areas, hey it gives me good ideas for my blog. Again thank you for the help Ruben
Pages are also better for SEO purposes, you don't have to worry about bloggers filling it up with thanks & unrelevant questions
