A blog is a blog. Great site CONTENT wise, thats what a blog is all about. Redo the title and design. Try new templates or a different color scheme, it will make the blog much more appealing and friendly. Other than that, keep the content flowing. Great work!
TOO basic. Anyway to spice up the header, change it to a little more exciting theme? i agree with mdiak47, it's a little BLAH, but can be potentially great due to the content.
I agree with picklefuzz, the site reads very nice with good content and I wouldn't change much to the display of articles other than more images where you can. I would make the header more pleasing to the eye, even something basic like a white illustration logo would spruce it up a bit. A better title and tag line as well. Nice overall though.

you've got some great content, but as others mentioned, to truly gain the seo benefit from it, you'll have to get your own domain - right now you're helping wordpress.com gain even more link love
Your blog is looking professional and it looks like it claims to have much information regarding Flex.
Great content, looks good. One thing I would do is decrease the amount of posts to show on the main page or make them at the bottom go onto other pages as yours scrolls down for a very long time.
