A fair price if you could get it :D

I don't think it's anywhere near what it's going to sell for though.....

I think Norb might be cruising around in a new BMW soon...............

100K is almost tempting.. 2 - 3 mths and its paid back.. only thing is alot of these products peak during the pre launch and launch then slowly die on the vine each month afterwards.. especially with forex..

    des'nt NC own forexbrotherhood also?

I don't understand why you'd want to sell something bringing you in what I assume is at least a quarter of a million dollars a year.

Just outsource the support and let the money roll in.

Sure, you might want the funds for other projects, but I can't see what kind of projects would require this kind of money. Unless Norb is cashing in and wants to buy a house or something???

My personal feeling about EAs is that eventually there will be a backlash against them. Nothing against this product in particular, I'm talking about the large market for EAs as a whole.

He's smart to sell them. You have to understand that these products, overtime start to convert less and less as more bad reviews are put out about them. It doesn't matter what the product, whether forex tracer, or fap turbo, they are going to lose people money eventually. All it takes is a few bad reviews to be picked up in the SERPS and it just kills the sales.

Not to mention all the piracy put out there. Forex has a huge following of piracy mofo's that seem to have hobbies collecting and sharing every and any EA out there. So when those get picked up by SERPs, again bye bye sales.

Norb has an amazing package here, but I have been following the progress of all of these products, and their gravity has steadily declined after the first couple weeks of the launch.

While you still may make your money back and then some if purchasing these, he may know something we don't. I follow the forex niche fairly close, and I haven't heard of any major changes coming that would put this kind of business in jepoardy. But, as many people will say, forex is like vegas without the gaming commission. There are scams left and right from EA's, to policy and price manipulating brokers, to huge scale fake review sites like forex peace army. So you just never know when the day comes that all this shit gets cleaned up, but that day may or may not affect EA's.

Norb is a great guy, one of very few in this harsh world of online marketing, but one must always question the idea of selling such a profitable business when the cost of operation is so low.

    Good luck Norb.

I thought that clickbank's new TOS prevented the transfer of clickbank accounts? Am I wrong on this?

    *Ding Ding Ding*

We have a winner. Whenever a site is selling at such a low multiple, the seller obviously knows something about future revenue. You don't sell a site at a few months of earnings unless you are sure that revenues are decreasing dramatically. He's trying to sell at the peak - I wouldn't touch it.

He's not including a Non-compete clause in the sale.

I can't see what's stopping him from making some new sites, send out mass email to affiliates (attached to the current forex sites he has), send out bulk email to previous forex customers.

I imagine gravity and sales would jump pretty big on the new sites he makes. He wins both ways, gets the cash from sale of current sites, and more cash from the new sites.

Thers no way he earned 54,238.61 last month with a gravity of 13. Considering how gravity is calculated its not impossible, but very unlikely.

The marketplace is full of other forex products that got lot of gravity/convert much better, so its very unlikely that forextracker is landing more than a couple sales a day right now (the screesnhots are no proof of sales, they are most probably of another product - thats why data is faded).

Whoever sells a clickbank product does so because it is not earning him anymore, it would be stupid to sell something that return 50k/month, and im sure NC Media is not stupid.

The unlucky guy that will buy that product will never recover the initial costs, too much similar and better products.

I once promoted his forextracer and refund rate was 50%. Why would you sell a $50K/month business for "only" 100-150K? The buyer must be STUPID.

Are you stupid? There are five sites for sale? And do you really think hes going to put a 'fake' figure there and hope the buyer doesnt ask to see the proof? Damn what a moron.
