I maybe the only one here but Pepperjam has been one of my top earning affiliate program. They are very consistent with their payouts and its chat support system is really useful if you need prompt reply for any of your affiliate concerns. I was not bothered when asked for a fax copy of my documents because I know it serves a purpose of securing the program more. Well I guess, you cannot just please anybody specially those with ulterior motives.
