I paid this guy $55 for a website and i told him i need a .com and a specific name of the website. The next day he comes online and tells me he had problem with .com and in return gave me .info domain and a different website name WTF. He also told me It will take 1 day to do all the setup but it took about a week. He also recommended a programmer to me (he soon became a friend of mine) he told me that, that guy is calling me a sucker because i fell for his scam.

I was so mad so I made a new user name and talked to him as a new buyer but i also told him i am a programmer :D and if he needs any software i can make it for free. my programmer friend made a cool virus for me and i send it to that scammer. He then comes online and gets scared and tells me if i got all his info and i started to bull**** with him and made him some how pay me back $10 but i still need rest of my money what can i do?

Dont tell me to call paypal because they dont do sh*t. Oh ya i also have his Alertpay account so i got his phone number so i will try to call his parents and tell them what he did.

Just wanted to share this not sure if its in right place.

If he's a "Kid" you need to be very careful about calling his parents. You may want to start by getting his payment gateways shutdown if he is underage. There's just something about phoning a person that has no idea what there kid is doing that screams lawsuit in your direction

You should forget about the money and hope you don't hear a knock on your door for transmitting a virus - which is a far more serious.

A lot of them talk like that. Trust me, to them... You are a mark. You get these kids out here with no experience and they figure out how to take you, they go for it. You under paid for a website deal in the first place. $50.00 would buy you "Hello World" from a real designer. You couldn't know that, but now you do. Education is not cheap, whether you go to college or the school of hard knocks. You pay.

Sorry that happened to you. Hope your new "programmer" friend actually knows anything solid about how to properly build a website. Most of them don't. They build code. They usually know nothing about SEO and it shows. I can always tell when a programmer built a site. It is 100% Flash code or or something the "programmer" digs.

You still have lessons to learn, And you will, but it won't be free.

Again... I am sorry that happened to you. You didn't deserve that. Any time you would like to talk, I would be happy to give you the information up front so you don't get burned. You sound like a smart person, just let this go and call it a lesson learned. If you are short funds, then let's talk before you dump more cash. I have no axe to grind and want nothing from you. Thanks.

That's true, but DP has some little sneaky boys around. I know a few personally. In real life. They aren't ripping you off. per se', just taking you for a ride. Let's say that. Newbies get the basics and nothing more. No help from their "friends". It's buyer beware no mater where you go on the Internet.

I dont have a deal with DP member yet. So, you need to research about the man you want to deal with.

Well if he's in Israel and you aren't there, you shouldn't be worried at all about calling his parents.

I wouldn't mess with any Israeli's Bro. They will kick your you-know-what. I am a retired Marine and I know better... Yes sir.

It's over. The guy gave you basically what you paid for... Nothing. $50.00 is too light in the load for quality. But you could look at who is really to blame here.

The old proverb goes. "When you are pointing a finger at your brother, four are still pointing back at you." Just let it be. You are on to bigger and better conquests at DP. This place is the place to be for you. People here will help you out man. Let the kid go.

If he's underage, there's not much you can do about it. Kids get away with everything. Sorry to hear you got scammed, but I would just suck it up and avoid similar mistakes next time.

Better luck in the future mate.

You should take precaution when making a deal with someone. You learn your mistake now and don't repeat it again.

You should take precaution when making a deal with someone. Learn from your mistake and don't repeat it again. Paypal don't have protect policy for digital product.

Open a paypal or alertpay dispute regarding the payment.
Surely! It will be beneficial for you.
