    I would suggest you to buy jewellery to propose. This is a must.
    Night time would be better IMO.
    Regarding the place, a romantic restaurant beside the sea :)

    I just take her into lonely place and propose her, seeing directly in her eyes .
    so that i can conform whether she has feelings on me or not.
    Becoz
    only Eyes can express our heat feelings with out fakeing.

    i would probably take her to the top of a 30 floor building....i will also make a point to say that if by any chance she says no then the only way to go down is by jumping from the terrace....:D
