blogspot review

Hi

Just thought I would use blogspot as an ecommerce solution. Trying it out anyhow! Any reviews/thoughts either good or bad would be great!

Blogspot have a limitation on the templete and design, it is not suitable for ecommerce. I will suggest you to make a proper website with own domain and use blogspot to introduce your product

 

You can edit the html on it though, and use just about any design you want. I am using one of their default designs, but there are 1000's of free designs available for blogspot.

 

Half-agree with lifeplayer. I visited some blogspot sites fully-customized for ecommerce. They look good. But I'm not sure whether their businesses are doing well or not.

I myself did an experiment on similar to what codealot did -- with my namesnamer com. It is not successful due to low customization for ecommerce.

 

I also agree. In general what you've done is a bad idea.

 

I don't agree with you. If you know basic html and webdesign.. you can customize your blogspot to your needs.

I just find blogspot in the backend so great to use with all the options and that is why I put it on there.

 

Nice collection of domain names. I agree the price list. Just make your blog little more attractive.

I think blogspot is good enough, as we know blogspot is google product and the will improve their product in the future. Keeps going on mate.
