    Site is a perfect keyword with 1,494.0 /day based on wordtracker and 1,071.0/day on overture and is ranking on the 1st page of a highly competitive keyword with 9,968/day on wordtracker and 1,811/day on overture. Domain was registered in '05 and expires in '07

    Bought and develop the site on the last 2 months and is now ranking pretty well since the domain is a perfect keyword. Site is a .net domain

    Where's the revenue coming from? How many uniques per day? What comes with the sale of the site? Any special scripts, link deals etc.? Why must buyer keep link on sidebar? ARe you going to prorate what you made on the sale of that link to new buyer? Doesn't seem fair to have to keep a link up if not being compensated for it. PM me all pertinent info please.

    It was a mistake,Thread updated.

    2 months revenue is $78.93 but the starting bid is not based on the 24 months revenue.
