I am looking for a Global Moderator for my forum http://clubchatforums.com/phpbb.
This is a Celebrity news forum we have been around a while but have just switched software and are starting over. I am looking for somebody who has time to dedicate to a forum by coming to the forum daily ,adding new topics frequently, forum promoting and helping to make it a better place . No experience is necessary .Please contact me if interested. Thank you

Have you tried promoting a few of your members first? They already LOVE the site...

Great question , It seems most of them already have a web site or are busy with work. Im looking for someone who isn't too busy :)

Three moderators that are already members can likely do more for the community then a single moderator that has no real vested interest in the site.

By promoting from within, you give ALL members hope that someday they too can be promoted, which in turn makes them want to contribute more, report more posts, and help the community as a whole.

Yes, you can potentially find a real gem outside of your site, finding your own diamond in the rough will do more in the long run.

I've never brought in mods from the outside, and some of the mods I've had have been super fantastical!
