Other than PP,IMO swreg is the 2nd choice.
I have used swreg when dealing with virtual item coz PP is risky if it used to deal with virtual item.

Depending on your current location, there may or may not be a better replacement for Paypal. I personally believe Google Checkout could be a serious threat to Paypal if they adopted the right business strategy. Other than that, Paypal is the leader with the competition far behind, unfortunately.

There isn't really one. Most suck and have downsides. Biggest problem is that almost everyone uses PayPal.

If you are from USA or US then I think that Google Checkout is the best alternative to the PayPal. Otherwise 2checkout.com

With Google checkout we can receive payments as well? Like paypal?

On their website they are just saying

"With Google Checkoutâ„¢ you can quickly and easily buy from stores across the web and track all your orders and shipping in one place."

But I saw a guy who offered his services and said "Payment can be received by Paypal or Google Checkout" how is it possible?

You can try Moneybroker. Remember PayPal is the best if you have option to use PayPal so use it

Moneybookers is the best alternative for paypal due to number of users. What's your country? It's the main factor to decide it.

Moneybookers is good because you do not have problem of chargeback. Also, AlertPay is great!

Well depend that you want I can give you the following list:

HooPay: They have 19 currencies supported, multicurrency accounts, located in tax haven country, deposit with bank wire, credit card, exchanger, API digital signature to prevent spoofing attacks, sms alerts each time that you make transactions, login, etc. Send fax, sms...

Moneybookers: They have 20s currencies, no multicurrency accounts, located in UK, deposit via bank wire, credit card, API with md5 if I don't forget it, sms alerts too, send fax, sms too.

Alertpay: They have 10-15 currencies, located in Canada, deposit via credit card and bank wire, few types of accounts...

Liberty Reserve: Only usd and eur, exchanger deposit and withdrawal, located in tax haven too

In my shop I was accepting 4 ecurrencies, but now people only use moneybookers and hoopay so alertpay and liberty gateway will be closed soon in my site.

    Cheers

Who pay? more like. Stop spamming for them, These flash in the pan ewallets like Hoopay are here one day gone another.

Stick with established ewallet like Moneybookers if you don't want PAYPAL.
